If your service location is outside of the following service map of Let's Relax Spa, but still within the City of Toronto or bordering Toronto, there may be a distance fee of $20 to be charged after service as we need to travel from downtown Toronto.

Terms & Conditions:

1. On ordering your in-home massage sessions, you are required to book online for your appointment with full payment. HST is included in the booking prices. Gratuity is not included and is highly appreciated but not mandatory.

2. Cancellation Policy: (1) full refund for over 48 hours; (2) 25% will be charged within 48 hours; (3) 50% charged on cancellation within 24 hours; (4) 100% charged on cancellation within 3 hours of appointments. To cancel an appointment, call 416-962-1500 with your booking reference number.

3. By booking for in-home massage services, you agree with these terms and conditions for Let’s Relax Spa in-home services.
